Character Education and STEM Components - K-12th Grade
"I'm A Great Kid!" Summer Camp for K-12 is provided to students in schools to address their pressing issues, such as self-esteem, conflict resolution, bullying (cyberbullying), peer pressure and citizenship. Other educational areas covered in this program are college and career readiness goal-setting, financial literacy math, entrepreneurship, innovation & technology, and community service projects.
Mental Health Education
Mental Health Awareness is provided to schools, agencies, parents, and individuals. Mental health is vital to one's functioning who either suffers from it personally or has a family member/friend who suffers with mental illness.
Professional Development Training for Educators, Counselors, Social Workers & Parents
Continuing Education Training offered to address how to effectively work with students and families with high, at-risk needs. CE/CEU training hours offered for the State of Texas.
Quality employment services preparation provided to assist with vocational rehabilitation or independent living goals. For at-risk high school students, College and Career Readiness Services are provided which may include work readiness services, basic employment services including job coaching and resume development, and HBCU collegiate STEM tours. For adults in high need conditions, such as laid off from work or unemployed over an extended period of time, career services are provided which may include career guidance, interview preparation, and resume services.
